We are seeking an experienced Digital Engineer to support the development and verification of FPGA-based designs for software-defined radio systems. This role requires hands-on technical expertise as well as leadership in guiding a small team of verification engineers.
Key Responsibilities

+ Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to a team of 2–4 VHDL verification engineers

+ Define and maintain digital logic verification frameworks and architectures

+ Develop verification plans based on design requirements and specifications

+ Perform simulation and verification of FPGA logic designs and support system validation efforts

+ Analyze and debug simulation failures, identify root causes, and collaborate with design teams to resolve issues

+ Execute regression testing and produce verification metrics and reports

+ Work collaboratively within a team of 5–7 engineers
