Process field claims in a timely manner for resolution
Drive customer issue resolution through claims management process, i.e. root cause analysis, containment, corrective action, quality controls improvements to prevent recurrence and increase detection efficacy
Work with regional Technical Product Managers to resolve field claims, i.e. failure analysis and site visits
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, contributing to the product FA or characterization
Provide timely engineering insights including failure analysis, technical reports and presentation
Handle customer visits and factory audits and product inspection
Develop & contribute to building knowledge base of degradation from product to material level
Design tests to detect infant mortality and mid‑life product failures
