Mechanical component ownership for customer complaints & new products. Root cause analysis, finding best solution & monitoring the progress. Warranty receipts monitoring through inspection, Vendor teams. New products - FMEA Review for identifying potential complaints & CTQ parameters. New products - Study of complex issues at pre-pilot, pilot stage. Interaction with Design, Manufacturing, Service & Vendor teams for customer complaints & new products. Documentation & updates in management review forums. Quality System Audits at supplier end, manufacturing plants.
