Position Overview
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform coil winding operations for automotive components such as ignition coils, solenoids, actuators, sensors, and electric motor stators/rotors.Set up and operate automatic/semi-automatic coil winding machines ensuring accuracy in number of turns, tension, and wire placement.Monitor and control winding parameters like wire tension, speed, insulation layering, and coil dimensions.Conduct quality inspections including resistance, inductance, continuity, and insulation testing to ensure product reliability.Troubleshoot machine issues and winding defects such as loose winding, wire breakage, or short circuits.Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve process efficiency and reduce rejection.Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and manufacturing processes.Maintain production records, process documentation, and support continuous improvement...
