Position Overview
In this position, you will:
Operate and maintain CMHK RAN and transmission network including cell site configuration and troubleshooting, ATN operation and troubleshootingProvide technical support services and handle complex case troubleshootingLiaise with internal and external parties for fault identification and service recovery of CMHK transmission networkPreparation of operation report, system and operation documentation if required
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering/Telecommunications field or related disciplines2 years of experience in telecom industryGood operation excellence, analytical and communication skillSelf-motivated, customer-oriented and able to meet with quality servicesProficiency in MS word, Excel, PowerPointGood command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and ...
