Plan, schedule, and supervise daily ACMV maintenance activities; lead diagnosis of complex and recurring HVAC faults through root-cause analysis and ensure PPM and corrective work are executed on time and to standard.
Plan and program‑manage HVAC upgrading, retrofit, and tuning works from scoping through commissioning and handover; verify that all works comply with drawings, specifications, design intent, and statutory standards (DOSH, BOMBA, UBBL).
Review HVAC system performance data (chiller efficiency, energy consumption, indoor air quality), analyse maintenance costs, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce operating cost, and increase manpower productivity.
