The Opportunity

We are seeking a senior, onsite Engagement Director to lead a large-scale, enterprise learning operations environment in the UAE. This is an embedded leadership role with end-to-end accountability for operational excellence, governance, financial performance, and senior stakeholder partnership.

This role is designed for a hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.
