Job Description
The Engagement Analyst supports customer-facing and operational communications for mid-size and large enterprise clients. This role is not sales- or campaign-marketing focused. Instead, it centers on creating, executing, and measuring clear, action-oriented service communications that inform customers about changes impacting their services.
Communications are direct, timely, and impact-drivenβoften tied to required customer actions, service changes, pricing updates, or urgent events such as network incidents or outages. The Engagement Analyst builds and executes email communications using marketing automation tools, manages distribution lists, tracks engagement, and supports analytics and reporting to ensure communications are effective and compliant.
