Area of Responsibility
- The Lead Engineer β Energy Storage Systems is responsible for leading the endβtoβend engineering and development of automotive energy storage commodities (battery packs, battery systems, related subsystems) within the powertrain domain.
- The role covers the complete product lifecycle from KickβOff (KO) to Start of Production (SOP), ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, cost, quality, and timing adherence.
- Should have an ability to conduct benchmarking studies and propose innovative solutions.
- Good understanding of PCDS and major gateways
Knowledge / Experience β 6 to 10 Years
