Energy Project Coordinator
The Energy Project Coordinator plays a key supporting role in the execution of offshore energy projects by coordinating schedules, resources, communication, and documentation across multiple project stakeholders.
What You'll do
Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring offshore project activities.
Coordinate daily communication between onshore and offshore teams.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
Track project milestones, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Assist in logistics coordination for offshore personnel, equipment mobilization, and materials.
Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and company policies.
Identify operational issues and provide timely support to resolve them.
