The Opportunity

Join our Energy and Utilities team as a Planner and play a pivotal role in delivering critical infrastructure projects in NZ. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating work across multiple projects ensuring activities are completed safely, efficiently and on time.

Working closely with Project Managers, Supervisors and key stakeholders you will keep schedules accurate, manage changes to outage and work plans and proactively identify risks and improvements. This is a fast‑paced role where your ability to optimise resources and drive strong planning outcomes will directly impact project success.

Qualifications

• Highly organised, analytical and confident managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in project planning or scheduling ideally within utilities construction or infrastructure.
• Proficiency in MS Project or similar scheduling tools.
