Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via phone, chat and email while meeting performance standards. Identify and resolve issues proactively, using effective problem‑solving techniques. Take escalated calls and complaints in line with company procedures. Collaborate with other business units to find solutions. Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with each customer. Requirements Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent. Clear credit and criminal record. Computer literate. Minimum 1 year experience in a gas & electricity campaign.
