Endoscopy Bookings Officer (fixed term)

This full time role will involve liaising with patients to coordinate day case admission dates within the Gastroenterology & Endoscopy Department, providing timely and accurate data to ensure an up-to-date waiting list position, and to ensure efficient utilisation of endoscopy lists.

You will liaise closely with Clinicians, Secretaries, Nurses, Line Managers and Directorate Managers.

The post holder will be required to work with minimal supervision and work to tight deadlines, under pressure and be able to exercise sound judgement and decision making skills.

There will be a requirement to cover for colleagues during periods of absence.
