PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE • Patient Demographics: Adults • Average Daily Volume / Census: Typical outpatient caseload focused on chronic endocrine management • Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes – follow-up visits and ongoing disease management • Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: Diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormonal and metabolic conditions
