Responsibilities:
Work with team leaders or senior team members to understand userβs client technology requirements, document requirements Provide input during project/task planning efforts with team members Provide feedback on new software performance and testing Participating in Level issue assessment and resolution of problems Diagnoses and resolve client mobile device hardware and software issues Create temporary solutions until permanent solutions can be implemented Provide technical support to meetings that include video conferencing Document solutions to common problems and responses Provide feedback on the development procedures based on established policies related to Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery development Gather research data on vendo...
