Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Build and deploy SW packages and advise application owners on their needs, best practices and internal rules and processes.
Create and apply policies to manage the end-user computers and software equipment.
Automate IT troubleshooting procedures, configuration changes, and user settings.
Analyze computer and SW data, create reports.
Develop procedures to enable computer self-service auto-deployment and user profile migration.
Coordinate EUC product deployment and utilization within defined geographic region.
Create and maintain related documentation.
Provide training to the EUS teams.
Provide advanced technical support for the client software and hardware.
