About the Role: The End User Computing (EUC) Engineer role requires an excellent understanding of end-user computing devices, their peripherals, and associated operating systems, including Windows and macOS, within a predominantly Windows-based environment. An EUC Engineer must have a strong understanding of applications within the core SOE, including their support, configuration, and optimisation. The role also involves evaluating new technologies and solutions to enhance user experience and improve organisational performance. The End User Computing team operates within a globally distributed model. Each EUC Engineer is responsible for managing end-user technology at their designated sites, as well as providing remote support across global locations to ensure consistent service delivery.
