**POSITION:** **Encompass Administrator**

**Position Summary:**

The Encompass Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Encompass loan origination system by providing day-to-day user support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. This role requires prior Encompass and mortgage operations experience and operates with moderate autonomy while working closely with the team under the guidance of the Residential Loan Operations Manager. The position reports to the Residential Loan Operations Manager and supports the efficiency, stability, and ongoing optimization of the Encompass environment through effective collaboration and change management support.
