PRIMARY DUTIES

+ Oversee daily operations at the work-site to include supervision of specific group employees, fulfillment of contractual obligations and quality control of all work produced by enclave employees, while maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.
+ Work cooperatively with the assigned Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist (VRS) in order to implement, monitor and review employee training programs and individual program plans. Consult with VRS to provide crisis intervention support ...
