About the Position:


We are hiring an Employment Training Specialist (Job Coach) to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) establish and pursue their employment goals in New York City.


ETSs provide job coaching, on-the-job and vocational training and assist in the improvement of communication and socialization skills through regular visits or direct supervision of the people we support at their workplaces across assigned region(s), virtual and one-on-one meetings.
