Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Employment Screening Analyst (Pre-Employment Screening) for a contract assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities :
Using the firm's Screen system, receive online screening requests from firm throughout the system and verify request matches position requirements in Workday. Communicate with new hire employees, contingent workers and current employees to initiate, schedule and follow-up on background screenings. Screenings include any combination of drug screening, FBI fingerprinting, motor vehicle reviews, employment and education verification, criminal checks, and if applicable, investigative enhanced screenings. Clearly guide the individual through the screening process; communicate the reason for the screening, the overall process / timelines and what is expected of the individual....
