100+ Attorney Defense firm is seeking an Employment Defense Attorney to join its team! This fully remote opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 5+ years of employment defense experience who is licensed and residing in California.


Responsibilities:

+ Independently manage a full caseload (15-25 cases) of employment defense matters from inception through resolution

+ Represent clients in hearings, depositions, discovery, motion practice, etc.

+ 1800 yearly billable hour requirement

Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of employment litigation defense experience, with some school district defense experience

+ Active California Bar license
