Employment Counsellor - WorkBC Centre Duncan

ETHOS Career Management Group Ltd. provides employment services to Indigenous clients and others. The Employment Counsellor delivers career counselling and supports Indigenous clients through career planning, occupation selection, and work search strategies, with Mobile Services to communities in the Malahat, Cowichan, Halalt, Stz’uminus, Lyackson, Lake Cowichan, and Penelakut catchment areas. The counsellor uses a trauma-informed perspective to create goal-focused strategies and collaborates with clients to identify barriers to employment and develop job sustainment strategies, referring to internal and/or community resources as appropriate.
