This permanent, full-time, in-person role involves conducting eligibility assessments and developing individualized employment plans. You will manage a caseload of approximately 200 clients, delivering services such as job readiness workshops and one-on-one coaching. Your work will foster inclusivity while connecting marginalized community members with job opportunities.
