Full-service, midsize firm with a strong management-side employment and litigation practice is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney to join their team in Portland, OR. This is a hybrid remote role.

Key Responsibilities Include:

+ Handle employment litigation matters in state and federal courts.

+ Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related filings.

+ Take and defend depositions and support oral argument preparation.

+ Respond to state and federal administrative charges on behalf of employers.

+ Advise employers and HR professionals on workplace compliance issues.

+ Draft, revise, and update employer policies and employee handbooks.
