Summary
Employer Solutions is comprised of multiple occupational health clinics and employer clinics with several departments that provide ancillary support to these teams.
Responsible for the overall management and practice performance of the designated clinics and supporting ancillary departments. Has multi-site and/or multi-disciplinary responsibility. Works with senior leadership and physicians in a collaborative manner, assuring all policies, procedures and programs are compatible with goals and objectives of line of business. Responsible for training, verifying regular systems maintenance has occurred, inventory control and equipment procurement, report production, and is primary resource for clinical operations and physician alignment.
