Summary Reporting to the WorkBC Support Office Senior Manager and Service Delivery Senior Manager at Open Door Group (WorkBC City Centre), builds and maintains relationships with employers to identify current and future employment opportunities for clients. This position provides services to multi-barriered clients who require assistance in finding meaningful work including marketing job placement services to generate job leads and placements for unemployed clients, pre‑screening clients and employers and conducting quality job matches and job referrals and provides placement‑related coaching and support with clients and employers.
