Employee Relations Superintendent – Musselwhite Mine Purpose The Employee Relations Superintendent is responsible for leading the employee relations function for a remote mining operation, ensuring effective management of workplace risk, employee relations governance, policy application, investigations, and workforce compliance in line with our people systems model. This role provides strategic oversight and direction for operational HR service delivery through the HR Operations & Employee Relations team, ensuring consistent application of employment legislation, company policies, disciplinary frameworks, and workplace standards across site operations.
