We are seeking a seasoned Employee Relations leader to drive a strategic, consistent, and compliant ER framework across Southeast Asia. • Act as the regional ER subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance on labor laws, employment practices, and regulatory developments, with a focus on Malaysia and broader SEA markets
