Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Employee Relations leader to drive a strategic, consistent, and compliant ER framework across Southeast Asia. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping ER practices that align with business objectives while upholding the highest standards of integrity, fairness, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the regional ER subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance on labor laws, employment practices, and regulatory developments, with a focus on Malaysia and broader SEA markets
- Lead complex, high-risk ER cases end-to-end, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and resolution, ensuring alignment with global standards and local compliance requirements
