Position Overview
Job Summary
Serves as the Employee Relations Center of Excellence subject matter expert across the enterprise. Responsible for driving HR excellence across respective service lines in all areas related to employee relations. Partners with the Strategic HR Partner and other HR Centers of Excellence to promote and drive HR initiatives.
Job Duties
+ Manage day-to-day HR functions by supporting changes and applying policies and procedures across the service line. Provide HR policy guidance and coaching for managers to ensure consistent execution of procedures and policies.
+ Identify needs and provide recommended solutions to support performance management goals.
+ Serve as a proactive HR partner while understanding respective areasβ business goals and objectives. Recognize potential employee experience & relations issues in a proactive manner and resolve or escalate concerns appropriately
