As part of BNZ's People & Culture team, the Employee Relations Partners are responsible for providing sound and expert advice to People Leaders, by overseeing and managing the day-to-day casework and people initiatives aimed at securing the continued attainment of superior performance by employees. This is a full time, Auckland-based hybrid role with a minimum of three days in the office, including anchor days, and the others may be worked flexibly.
