**Position Summary**
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Establishes, interprets and administers labor policies and internal practices related to to employee disputes, grievances, union and management practices.
Advises and provides updates to management regarding changes in regulations, rulings and practices to ensure company compliance to federal and state labor labor laws.
- Oversees labor relations issues for Stores, CAT and DC.
Advises and provides coaching to HR and management regarding all involuntary employee terminations and disciplinary actions that involve potential finacial exposure for the company.
Coordinates with external labor counsel to prepare and provide all necessary documentation for disputed termination cases.
- Responsible for reporting and analysis of labor related cases, trends and costs.
Responsible for administration, tracking, reporting and analysis of HR related investigations and the DMII process.
