Description We are looking for an Employee Relations & Learning Development Specialist to support a mission-driven nonprofit serving vulnerable individuals and families in Tacoma, Washington. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for an HR specialist who is energized by building effective learning programs, strengthening employee support practices, and contributing to a collaborative organization focused on community impact. The person in this role will partner with leaders across departments to improve training, reinforce compliance, and help foster a respectful, accountable workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
• Design, refresh, and organize training materials and development resources for employees across multiple functions and service areas.
