QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role with a strong focus on Employee Relations. Proven experience handling disciplinary hearings, grievances, and CCMA representation. Solid understanding of South African labour legislation and HR best practices. Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
