Weu2019re seeking an experienced Employee Relations (People Matters) Consultant to join our People Organisation team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Youu2019ll lead organisational change activity for our Global Captives business, supporting restructures and wider ER projects across EMEA and the Americas, working closely with People Partners.


Youu2019ll also manage a varied caseload including complex grievances, disciplinaries, performance and capability matters, absence and wellbeing cases, contract queries, and policy consultations across the UK and Global Captives.
