Lincoln Tech is seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner to manage a wide range of employee relations matters, support leaders and HR partners, and help foster a fair, respectful, and engaging workplace culture across a national organization. As part of our team, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, investigator, and mediator, helping drive positive employee experiences and organizational success.
Requirements
+ 4+ years of employee relations experience
+ Outstanding work ethic
+ Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population
+ Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
+ Strong knowledge of employment laws including Title VII, ADA, and FMLA
+ Bachelor's degree required (HR or related field preferred)
+ Ability to travel as needed
