The Employee Relations Assistant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the employee relations function, helping to foster a positive and compliant workplace environment. This role will assist with handling employee inquiries, maintaining documentation related to employee concerns, and supporting investigations and conflict resolution processes. In addition, this position will partner with HR team members to ensure consistent application of policies and support ongoing employee engagement initiatives.
Assist with intake and documentation of employee relations concerns
Maintain confidential case files and track investigation statuses
Support HR managers in conducting employee relations investigations
Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation related to ER cases
