To provide support in the implementation of employee/employer relations activities in the department.
Responsibilities Grievance management Receive, register and log grievances. Facilitate and resolve grievances within applicable timeframes. Facilitate labour related programmes, collective bargaining, grievance resolution and dispute management processes promptly within the principles of the law. Conduct and compile grievance investigations reports. Dispute Management Facilitate disputes. Provide support in terms of preparation during the disputeβs proceedings. Misconduct management Facilitate and implement misconduct and disciplinary processes within applicable time frames. Represent the Department and draft the reports. Compile statistical submissions / reports on identified trends regarding misconduct and dispute matters.
