To provide support in the implementation of employee/employer relations activities in the department.
Responsibilities
- Grievance management
- Receive, register and log grievances.
- Facilitate and resolve grievances within applicable timeframes.
- Facilitate labour related programmes, collective bargaining, grievance resolution and dispute management processes promptly within the principles of the law.
- Conduct and compile grievance investigations reports.
- Dispute Management
- Facilitate disputes.
- Provide support in terms of preparation during the disputeβs proceedings.
- Misconduct management
- Facilitate and implement misconduct and disciplinary processes within applicable time frames.
- Represent the Department and draft the reports.
