The Employee Referral Program POC is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration, coordination, and governance of the companyβs Employee Referral Program. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employees, recruiters, hiring teams, and relevant stakeholders on all matters related to referral submissions, process tracking, policy adherence, and payout coordination.
The role is critical in ensuring a smooth, transparent, and efficient referral experience while maintaining data accuracy, process compliance, and timely communication across all parties involved.
