Position Overview
Position Summary:
This is an entry-level, on-site position based in Winston Salem, NC, reporting to the Human Resources Coordinator. You will work closely with various Human Resources teams and hiring managers to support the onboarding process across assigned service territories, ensuring new employees are well prepared for their respective roles. You will also assist in creating and reviewing internal communications and content for the PikeToGo platform, along with supporting additional initiatives and projects as needed.
Essential Functions:
+ Support and assist within the hiring process for Pike field and corporate applicants.
+ Help with system training for hiring managers around the onboarding process through Oracle Recruiting.
+ Travel to Pike locations for orientation as needed (minimal).
+ Support and lead the corporate orientation process.
