We are looking for an Employee Engagement Specialist to champion our corporate culture, drive organizational health, and lead our site-level engagement operations. This role is designed for a strategic, data-driven professional who can utilize recognized engagement frameworks to measure and improve morale, while managing our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and internal communication strategy across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

Engagement Framework & Oversight

• Manages the annual employee engagement survey lifecycle, using data-driven survey methodologies to translate results into actionable, site-specific improvement plans.
• Partners with site-level HR representatives to execute culture initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition schemes across all manufacturing plants.
• Monitors participation, satisfaction, and retention impact, managing the engagement budget across all locations.
