Key Responsibilities Conduct steaming and sampling point checks to ensure process compliance. Sterilise key fittings and equipment, including: Yeast room fittings, GPA equipment, BBTs (Bright Beer Tanks), ACFs and associated fittings. Carry out regular stock‑taking and inventory checks. Oversee and manage deliveries, including receiving chemical deliveries from Diversey. Conduct OWDs as required. Attend Level 1 meetings and contribute operational updates. Operate a forklift when required (only if appropriately trained and certified). Maintain high housekeeping standards around bulk storage areas, CIP (Clean‑In‑Place) stations. Inspect equipment for leaks or faults, including: pumps, tanks, pipework, associated systems. Perform descaling and deep‑cleaning tasks as required.
