**The opportunity**

As an Assistant Director on the EY Assist EAP Clinical Team, you will be involved in a variety of activities associated with EY Assist, the firm’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in a mostly remote role. These activities include but are not limited to one-on-one consults with individuals, crisis intervention and response for individuals and teams, working with clinical referrals, clinical assessments, case management and follow up for EY staff and partners.
