Our client is a well-established and fast-growing Wealth Management practice based in Kent, providing expert, independent financial advice across pensions, investments, and holistic financial planning.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser (IFA) seeking a secure, employed role with access to an existing client base as an adviser is retiring in 2026 no client transfer required. Youll join a supportive, professional environment with strong back office and paraplanning support, allowing you to focus on what you do best: delivering outstanding advice and building lasting client relationships.
