Employability Coach - Fixed Term Contract - 10 months
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £ 33,055
Responsibilities
Work with customers from across the Customer Services Directorate, including Independence and Wellbeing and Neighbourhoods
Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions in schemes, homes and virtually
Run drop‑in sessions within I&W schemes and community centres
Deliver employability / pre‑employment workshops and courses
Signpost to other agencies through appropriate referral routes
Empower front‑line colleagues to provide ‘in‑the‑moment support’ and generate more referrals to the team
Support the delivery of funded programmes when required and relevant
Align service delivery with the aims and objectives of the Community Investment and Sustainable Neighbourhoods strategies, as well as the principles of the Community Investment model
