Position Overview
Role Purpose The Emiratization Business Partner is responsible for developing and executing the organization’s Emiratization strategy in alignment with government regulations and business objectives. The role focuses on attracting, hiring, developing, and retaining local Nationals while ensuring compliance with Emiratization targets and fostering strong relationships with government entities and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities - Emiratization Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Develop and implement the company’s Emiratization roadmap and annual hiring plans.
- Drive achievement of Emiratization targets in line with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for Emirati talent integration across departments.
