Why This Role Matters The Emiratisation Specialist is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Emirati talent across the UAE. This role drives the companys Emiratisation strategy acts as the key HR Business Partner for UAE nationals and represents the organization as a brand ambassador in the local market.
What Youll Drive Emiratisation & Recruitment - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for UAE nationals including workforce planning sourcing screening interviewing hiring onboarding and retention.
- Develop and continuously improve the Emiratisation strategy in line with UAE government requirements and organizational objectives.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of Emirati talent for current and future roles across the business.
