Position Overview
Responsibilities - Promote patient safety practices across HealthHub and support employees in quality improvement initiatives.
- Support the collection, validation, analysis and presentation of quality and patient safety data.
- Assist departments in identifying, monitoring and implementing quality improvement and patient safety projects.
- Conduct clinical case reviews and support identification of potential quality or safety concerns.
- Support the development, review, implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures and scopes of service.
- Maintain quality databases, policy registers and organisational charts.
- Support accreditation activities including preparation, coordination and ongoing compliance monitoring.
- Coordinate and support quality committee meetings, minutes and follow‑up actions.
- Support focused reviews, audits and performance improvement projects using recognised quality methodologies.
