The intern will support Process Transformation Leads (PTLs) in reimagining end-to-end bank processes (customer journeys) through analysis, documentation, and preparation of leadership materials.

Job Description:

The intern will assist Process Transformation Leads in the following:

• Discovery and insights generation, including interview note-taking, synthesis, and identification of key pain points
• Process inventory building and maintenance, including documenting, tagging, and updating process data
• Journey mapping, covering both current-state (“as-is”) and reimagined (“to-be”) process flows
• Basic cost and impact analysis, including supporting data gathering, assumptions, and simple modeling
